MW + SW = GW

No its not some strange math puzzle its just an easier way to write Modern Warfare + Star Wars = Galactic Warfare….wanna know more? then read on!

If your a fan of Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare and also a fan of Star Wars then why not check out this mod by BlackMonkeys who are a bunch of German Modders. On their website BlackMonkeys.de they have loads of content for Modern Warfare including new skins for your team. Anyway here is some info on Galactic Warfare for you.

The mod is a total conversion of Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare and is made by fans and gets no profit whatsoever so its not just a way for a few people to make money, its done out of love for modding an already popular game.

Black Monkeys have said the following about the mod:

All began with a blaster-model, and soon the idea to extend this theme as a non commercial fan project was born.

It’s our goal to unite our favourite game CoD4:MW with the classic universe of Star Wars, as the best trilogy ever. With this total conversion we will combine lot of the known battlegrounds, characters and weapons of Star Wars with the fantastic gameplay of the COD4-Multiplayer. Either as a trooper of the Imperial Forces or as a soldier from the Rebel Alliance you will fight on some different locations.

In total there is 10 people working on this mod and from screenshots I can see that it looks fantastic and wil be worth getting hold of if you are looking for another way to have fun on Call of Duty 4. They state that they hope to get this out to people before Christmas and also “There are still some player models, game types and smaller things which have to be integrated to the mod.”.

Im not a Modern Warfare PC gamer personally but if I was then this is a mod I would definitely be getting hold of, the screenshots also make this very appealing. If you would like to help out by getting your voice in the mod then check this out!!
